Install database servers and migrate single databases to multimode. Conduct sizing and capacity planning for databases. Identify space and performance tuning issues. Perform database cloning to setup test and development databases. Install and configure data warehouse projects. Involve in database backup, recovery and validation. Conduct troubleshooting, apply patches. Skills required: Dataguard, Solaris, AIX, Linux, Oracle, SQL, C++, Shell Scripting, and APACHE. Master's degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any) with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor's degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master's plus 1 year of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: North Brunswick, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
